I was recently invited to contribute to this year’s 2011 Ballarat International Foto Biennale (BIFB).
BIFB is a month-long festival with an abundance of programs, exhibitions and events, staged over 70 plus venues in and around Ballarat, Australia. BIFB presents a diverse and eclectic mix of the very best of photography and photographic art from all corners of Australia and around the world.
This year’s Core Program features 21 invited Australian and international artists, both established and emerging. One of the star artists featured this year is celebrated 60s photographer Brian Duffy (1933–2010).
